Revolutionary Inventory and Tracking System

The Controlled Access Pharmaceutical Dispenser uses the latest inventory and tracking technology for instant recording, reporting and tracking of EMS supplies. Controlling and monitoring your inventory and maintaining transparency is now simple using UCapIt’s latest technology. .

The CAP empowers EMS professionals to instantly access and restock their units 24/7 through whichever ID protocol is currently being used: pin number, proximity card reader, bar code ID scanner, and biometric (fingerprint) reader or even a combination. All withdrawals are cataloged, time stamped and regulated through the authority level of each person allowed to access these machines. It’s automatic! You can even have an email notification sent to management every time a controlled substance is dispensed. One person with a laptop and internet access anywhere in the world can manage a host of CAP machines at different locations.

Once a staff ID has been established, the CAP machine can be programmed to ask for a vehicle number and even an incident number or even a second ID (to serve as a witness) before it automatically dispenses the exact quantity of necessary ambulance restock items... without any EMS Manager needing to be present. Lockers can be added to a Dispenser for controlling and recording access to narcotic kits, laptops, radios, oxygen and even back boards. Storeroom inventory accountability is included so that you can track expiration codes.

The CAP never sleeps, watching 24/7 and notifying managers by its alert system through emails or text messages for instant notification. Customized usage reports can be automatically sent daily, weekly or whenever for purchasing, billing and management purposes. Where can we hire an inventory manager like CAP that works for less than 48 cents per hour and never takes a break? The Controlled Access Pharmaceutical Dispenser uses the latest inventory and tracking technology for instant recording, reporting and tracking of EMS supplies.
